Energy the pulse of life! Energy has two sides to, The physical and spiritual. Everything is energy, we are all vibrational beings, vibrating at a high or low frequency, while in our bodies our energy can be high or low also.

Now with this awakening we can focus our minds on the goal or things we need to achieve, then take small realistic steps to ensure that our energy level is up or at least be conscious and mind full when our energy level gets low.

Here are a few things we can do to raise our vibration and energy level:

  2. Exercise
  3. Get enough rest
  4. Read
  5. meditate
  6. practice gratitude
  7. Be optimistic
  8. Align ourselves for happiness, love and success

These are just a few things to start with in getting ourselves aligned physically and Spiritually.
