You’ll learn how to use a simple process of writing out an affirmation in order to change your belief. The process is simple: start with the negative belief you want to change. Then, write out the opposite of it in the form of an affirmation. If you need ideas on how to do this,

“I am so happy and grateful that…”

Then, continue to repeat this affirmation, writing it over and over again, for 30 days. Set aside time throughout the day to focus on this affirmation, and watch how it will work magic in your life!
