POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS

Affirmations are statements that are used and repeated to encourage and uplift the person speaking them. And they work because they’re written in the language of the brain using a specific formula. Positive Affirmations are good to reprogram the brain and channel us into positive vibrations. Here are some great examples of positive affirmations:

  1. I trust myself to make the right decision. I have the tools and abilities that I need to do so.
  2. I am becoming closer to my true self every day. Every challenge, loss, and success brings me closer to that goal.
  3. I am learning valuable lessons from myself every day, and I will continue to keep trying to learn from myself.
